Privacy Policy
Your privacy and the security of your practice writing are fundamental to our service.
Account and sign-in
Google sign-in shares your name, email and profile image with this site. We store your account, encrypted OAuth tokens and session records in Cloudflare D1. An essential, HTTP-only cookie keeps you signed in. Signing out invalidates your session.
Your writing
Your submitted essay and question are sent through our server to Kie and its model provider to produce feedback. We do not store essay text in our account database or application logs. These providers process submissions under their own privacy terms; avoid including sensitive personal information. See Kie’s privacy policy.
Before Google sign-in, your current draft is saved in this tab’s session storage so it can be restored when you return. It is removed from that storage after restoration.
Usage and payments
We store daily check counts, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status and processed payment event identifiers. Stripe hosts Checkout and the customer portal; this site does not receive or store your full card details. Test checkouts are labeled and do not process real payments.
Retention
Account, session and usage records are kept while your account is active or until a verified deletion request is completed. This version does not automatically remove inactive accounts. Payment records may be retained separately by Stripe under its own retention requirements. No advertising or analytics integration is included.
Contact and deletion
To request access to or deletion of your account data, follow the verification steps on Contact & data requests. Cancel subscription renewal before deleting a billing account. Stripe may retain its own payment records separately.
