Request account deletion

Send a request from the Google email used to sign in. We will verify that you control the account before deleting its account and session records, Google token data and daily usage counts.

Deleting an account does not by itself cancel a subscription. Cancel renewal in My account first, or include a cancellation request so it can be checked before deletion. Payment records held by Stripe are handled separately under its retention rules.

Report a failed check

Include the approximate time and the error message. Do not send passwords, full card details or sensitive essay content. Failed model requests return your personal check allowance automatically; refresh your account to see the current count.
